Job Summary
The Treasury Management Advisor provides day-to-day operational and client support for Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and business clients. This role ensures efficient onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support of treasury management products and services while maintaining high service standards, regulatory compliance, and strong client experience. The Advisor partners across business units and vendors to support treasury operations, client training, and service execution, while identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Job Duties
- Serve as a primary contact for client treasury management operational needs, delivering timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Support TMOs and Relationship Managers with onboarding, implementation, and servicing of treasury management products, including wires, ACH, Remote and Mobile Deposit, Positive Pay, Loan Vantage, and related services.
- Open new treasury management deposit accounts and guide clients through onboarding, ensuring completion of all required documentation, including entity documentation, beneficial ownership, KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate client setup and maintenance with internal Treasury Support teams and third-party vendors, including Jack Henry (Silverlake, Synapsys, ProfitStars), Merchant Services, Cash Vault Services, and Harland Clark.
- Conduct client training on the Treasury Management Suite for new and existing clients, including refresher training as needed, primarily through virtual sessions with occasional onsite training.
- Track and document all client interactions, service requests, and opportunities in Synapsys or other designated CRM systems to ensure timely resolution and accurate reporting.
- Assist with client interviews alongside TMOs to define system requirements and product configurations.
- Prepare statement analyses and support development of proposals for client presentations.
- Serve as a point of escalation to facilitate timely issue resolution and exceed client and internal partner expectations.
- Provide backup support for the Treasury Support Team, including client assistance with wires, ACH, remote and mobile deposit, and Positive Pay.
- Participate in annual audits and reviews related to ACH and remote deposit services as directed by the Treasury Support team.
- Support retention outreach initiatives for deposit, merchant, and treasury management clients.
- Assist with tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to treasury management sales and operations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving treasury management technologies.
- Support updates to treasury management procedures and manuals as requested.
- Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by Treasury Management leadership.

Qualifications
- Education
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Experience
- Minimum of two years of banking experience, with at least one year in treasury management, operations, customer service, or merchant services.
