Position Overview
We are creating a new leadership role: Commercial Client Services Manager. This position is designed for a seasoned insurance professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership. You’ll mentor a talented team, foster continuous improvement, ensure exceptional client experiences and play a key role in shaping and expanding the department to support anticipated growth.
Essential Functions
• Maintain workload balance across team members
• Assign new business opportunities from producers and assist with risk analysis
• Guide team members on renewal strategies, coverage analysis, and day-to-day servicing questions
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal processes, and quality standards
• Step in to resolve client challenges, including claims, audits, and renewals
• Deliver confident, client-facing presentations when needed
• Provide training for team members and producers within the unit
• Support unit producers, assisting with coverage questions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with associates, producers, and clients
Required Qualifications
• High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty Broker’s license required.
• Industry certifications/designations preferred.
• Commitment to continuing education to maintain licensing.
• Strong technical insurance knowledge (Sr. Account Executive/Team Lead level).
• Broker agency experience and coverage proficiency.
