Primary Objective of Poolside Server Position
Provides excellent guest service while serving food & beverages to patrons in pool area(s)
Responsibilities
- Takes food & beverage orders for poolside guests and enters into POS.
- Collects cocktail orders from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with cocktail napkins.
- Ensures payment is obtained for all orders.
- Takes orders for and serves light meals and hors d'oeuvres.
- Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
- Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen.
- Checks for supplies such as sugar, salt, stir sticks, straws, napkins, bar towels, and matches; requisitions additional supplies as needed
Other duties may be assigned as needed
