We are seeking a reliable and determined Newspaper Carrier to service a delivery route in Wylie, TX (75098). This route is currently available for immediate assignment and is best suited for someone who thrives in independent, fast-paced work environments.
This is a more demanding route than average, involving extensive mileage, ongoing road construction, and limited or missing road signage. Prior delivery experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver newspapers to residential and/or commercial customers along a designated route
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery each day, regardless of weather or road conditions
- Navigate route challenges, including construction zones and unclear signage
- Maintain delivery consistency and customer satisfaction
- Safely operate a personal vehicle throughout the route
Qualifications:
- Previous newspaper delivery or route-based delivery experience preferred
- Strong navigation skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to handle early morning shifts and a 7-day work schedule
