About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be both a culture champion and a strong business partner. This leader will build and scale a People & Talent function that attracts the best spa, med spa, and leadership talent, supports rapid growth, and ensures the company continues to be a fun, high-performing, people-first workplace.
You’ll lead recruiting, onboarding, career-pathing, culture initiatives, HR operations, compliance, and leadership development, all with one goal in mind: making this the best place to work in the beauty and wellness industry as they grow from 9 to 20 locations.
What You’ll Lead
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Partner closely with the VP of Stores to align talent strategies with expansion goals
- Build scalable processes, structure, and systems for a multi-location environment
- Mentor a People team that includes a growing group of Recruiters and an HR Coordinator
- Develop leadership training and career advancement programs to grow talent from within
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand
- Build a best-in-class recruiting function across all Texas markets
- Partner with Marketing and Field Leadership to amplify the company as a top employer
- Create a high-touch, consistent onboarding experience for all new hires
- Establish and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention
People, Culture & HR Operations
- Strengthen and embed the company's Core Values across the employee experience
- Evaluate compensation, benefits, and perks to ensure they stay competitive
- Lead HR operations, compliance, benefits, employee relations, and engagement
- Implement tools that support communication, feedback, and performance management
- Build a culture where team members feel supported, connected, and set up to thrive

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in People or Talent leadership roles, ideally across multi-location operations
- Experience building and scaling teams during growth or expansion
- A leadership style that is positive, approachable, and inspiring
- Experience in beauty, hospitality, retail, or high-touch service industries is a plus
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, people-centric environment
