About the Role: The Medical Respite Program provides temporary housing to qualified clients. This position involves providing compassionate care, coordinating with healthcare providers, and assisting clients in accessing necessary medical and social services. This position also prepares meals, assists with medication administration, and coordinates transportation (as needed). Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in healthcare, social services, or community outreach settings.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and comfort working in a healthcare-related environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including medication management, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility as needed.
