WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Collaborate on a variety of cross-functional projects and processes, including operational tasks related to the employee life cycle and experience (e.g., background checks, onboarding, Workday processing, perks, and departures).
- Support policy development for our global regions and maintain the global employee handbooks.
- Help enhance internal workflows and the overall employee experience by contributing to process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure the effective execution of human capital processes.
- A bachelor’s degree and two to four years of experience in, or exposure to, a human capital function.
- Utmost discretion handling confidential information and high attention to detail, as well as proven operational and project management skills in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated learning agility and sound judgment, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, consistently meet deadlines, and suggest process improvements.
- Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are highly valued.
- Experience with human capital systems (such as Workday) and prior exposure to financial services are preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning new technologies are also advantageous.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
