WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operational due diligence requests from investors and prospects, providing clear and comprehensive information about the firm’s processes and controls.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings and calls with clients, ensuring their questions are addressed with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage and implement projects to support the team’s operational infrastructure, with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal groups to gather and synthesize information for investor communications and contribute to ongoing enhancements in client service delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study and at least seven years of relevant experience in operational due diligence, client service, accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated fluency in reading and interpreting financial statements.
- Exceptional sensitivity to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with sophisticated investors and prospects.
- Knowledge of alternative investments is preferred, but not required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $170,000 to $220,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
