The contract negotiator will play a key part in shaping agreements and supporting initiatives that drive the firm’s operations and growth. What You'll Do Day-to-day
- Review, negotiate, and maintain various agreements with potential counterparties, vendors, and consultants, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters.
- Assist in related project-based work, including creating and maintaining various contract templates, training guidelines, and process documents.
- A bachelor's degree is required, along with a demonstrated record of professional and/or academic achievement.
- One to three years of work experience and an interest in learning more about legal and commercial risks.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities; proven editing, proofreading, and project-management skills; and a keen attention to detail.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
