- Execute media match tests, F.P.C. checks, and in-process quality control ⚙️
- Help streamline printing workflows and improve related processes ⚡
- Manage print-related inventory as needed 📦
- Perform routine printer maintenance, including changing printheads and cleaning encoder strips 🚧
- Replace ink supplies and run OPQs (Optimize Print Quality modules) between roll changes 📦
- Ensure smooth handoff and readiness for the next shift 🤝
- Keep your work area clean and organized while following OSHA safety regulations 🗃️
- Experience in a production or print environment preferred
- Knowledge of RIP software (training provided on in-house systems)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for sizing and color correction
- Basic to mid understanding of written and spoken English (used in manuals and support communications)
- Strong sense of ownership—each shift counts. Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical
- Team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
