Print Operator

DTF Printing Operator – Production, Packing & Customer Service

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking DTF Printing Operator to join our growing direct-to-film (DTF) printing business.

This is an entry-level position. No previous printing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, and most basic tasks can be learned within 1–2 days.

The job mainly involves operating DTF printing equipment, checking print quality, packing orders, and assisting with general production tasks. There will also be occasional, basic customer interaction, such as answering simple questions and assisting customers when needed.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including people who speak English as a second language.

Workload varies depending on the season and daily order volume. Applicants must be comfortable working shifts of approximately 8–10 hours and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate DTF printing equipment following provided instructions and training.
• Monitor print jobs and ensure consistent print quality.
• Inspect printed transfers for defects and quality issues.
• Sort, organize, cut, and prepare transfers for shipment.
• Pack completed customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use a Windows PC for basic production tasks, file handling, and order processing.
• Assist with simple customer interactions in person, by phone, or through other communication channels as needed.
• Help answer basic customer questions and direct more complicated inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Load materials, organize supplies, and assist with general production tasks.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow instructions and help meet daily production deadlines.

Requirements

• No previous printing experience required; full training provided.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with a Windows PC, including using a mouse and keyboard, opening files, and following on-screen instructions.
• Ability to learn basic tasks quickly and follow instructions.
• Ability to work shifts of approximately 8–10 hours, depending on the season and workload.
• Ability to stand, move around, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail when checking print quality and packing orders.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Comfortable performing general physical labor and handling production materials.
• Comfortable with occasional, basic customer interaction.
• English fluency is not required. Applicants who speak English as a second language are welcome.
• Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
