We are currently seeking 2 Registered Nurses (RNs) for a critical illness recovery hospital in Tallahassee, FL. This is a great opportunity to work in a specialized setting caring for medically complex patients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
- Night Shift
- 3x12-hour shifts per week
Pay:
- $48.67/hour (competitive for the area)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
- Participate in rehabilitation and discharge planning from admission
- Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and care team
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
- Delegate and supervise support staff appropriately
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
- Active RN license (FL or compact)
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
