Qualifications:
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- Five or more years of family law experience, or comparable litigation experience with skills transferable to family law.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently and maintain clear, timely communication with clients.
- A commitment to preparation, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities include managing cases from consultation through resolution; preparing pleadings and agreements; conducting discovery; and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
