Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.
Production Lead.......is a 20 hour per week part time position that is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the technical production operations on the Grant’s Trail Campus. This position will also recruit, train, and develop team members for the use of all major technical systems; this includes weekend services, events, and classes. In addition, the Production Lead will have miscellaneous assignments at the Chesterfield campus.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant's Trail Campus
- Lead, Train and recruit Grant’s Trail Production team members
- Attend Grant’s Trail meetings
- Prepare Auditorium for weekend service, including lighting, screen content, stage setup, audio prep, etc.
- Communicate with and schedule Production volunteers for upcoming weekend
- Scheduling audio contractors alongside Central Services Audio Engineer for GRT campus as needed
- Scheduling and leading the weekly run-through for the weekend
- Attend Launch Team meetings
- Collaborate with Systems Team for maintenance and support related to the Grant’s Trail Campus
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Miscellaneous Assignments
- Attend Grant’s Trail Creative Meetings
- Tech/Produce Grant’s Trail Campus youth events and Wednesday night services (As needed)
- Schedule, prepare and support various production needs for Grant’s Trail campus events and classes
- Attend required staff meetings

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sound and /or production engineering (Or Equivalent combination or training/experience)
- Ability to reach and maintain desired live audio mix in a short amount of time
- Must have experience working with musicians
- Extensive knowledge stage and console patching
- Experience in troubleshooting and on the spot problem solving to seek fast solutions
- Shows ability to be an active learner of new technology and common trends
