Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to preschool students, using a variety of educational methods and resources.
- Create and implement a lesson plan's that aligns with the needs of our students and exceeds the standards of early childhood education.
- Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience.
- Participate in curriculum development, ensuring that our preschool program is always evolving and improving.
Experience Preferred but not required:
- Proven experience working with students in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong background in early childhood education, including knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Experience with classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and the ability to adapt to changing educational requirements.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices.
- Experience with standardized testing and assessments.
- Ability to educate children on a wide range of subjects, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to the well-being and education of young children.
