Job Summary
We are a book publisher and fulfillment partner seeing a dependable part time person to support our Customer Service and Fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and can step in to keep things running smoothly when other staff members are out of the office.
Responsibilities
- Filing and organizing invoices and documents
- Assisting with order entry and basic data input
- General office upkeep and light cleaning
- Providing office coverage when management or key staff are off
- Assisting in other departments as needed during slower periods
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Support team members with administrative duties such as typing reports and updating client information
Skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer support or client services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Data entry accuracy with fast typing skills (typing speed of at least 40 WPM)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
