Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently to ensure a welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and coordinate patient flow to optimize daily operations
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including gathering medical histories and explaining treatment procedures clearly
- Support clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with physical examinations, and preparing treatment rooms
- Maintain accurate intake forms and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Use medical terminology accurately when documenting patient interactions and communicating with healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and answer general inquiries to enhance their understanding and comfort
Skills

- Solid knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist in patient assessments effectively
