- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle appointment rescheduling efficiently
- Collect patient information through intake forms, update medical records, and verify insurance details
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting symptoms
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all clinical supplies are stocked and ready for use
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, instructions, and follow-up care
- Handle phone inquiries promptly, provide information about services, and direct calls appropriately
Skills
