Known for our bold seafood boils, signature sauces, and build-your-own popsicle bar, we’re all about creating a fun, hands-on dining experience that’s perfect for birthdays, date nights, and group dinners. What You’ll Do
As a Food Runner at The Crab Pad, you’ll be the heartbeat of our dining room, making sure every guest gets their meal quickly and with a side of quality. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Deliver: Get orders to the correct seat numbers quickly and accurately. Timing is everything!
- Quality Check: Be the final checkpoint to ensure every bag or plate meets our high standards before it leaves the kitchen.
- Communicate: Serve as the vital link between the kitchen and servers, keeping everything flowing smoothly.
- Support: Help with pre-busing tables and keeping the expo station stocked and organized.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with the skills and stamina to keep up with our fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: 1–3 years in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
- Speed & Stamina: The ability to stay on your feet and carry heavy seafood trays (up to 50 lbs) with ease.
- Vibe: A “sense of urgency” attitude paired with a team-player mindset. We’re all about good vibes here!
