Job Purpose:
Participate in customer phone, live chat, and retail discussions by providing product and service information, answering questions, discussing product options, order entry and meeting customer expectations with tactful and responsive customer engagement. Successful applicants will learn all business operations through in-service training sessions and contribute as part of a team to meet company objectives.
Duties:
- Member of a team which engages with customers in various mediums to provide exceptional service and support.
- Answering product and service questions, understanding and offering alternatives, placing orders for customers. Attention to details and listening to customers are a necessity.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Be knowledgeable about product lines and business operations in order to intelligently discuss product options and troubleshoot issues.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's grievance, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the most attainable solution, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Numerous internal opportunities to expand responsibilities and learn new product lines
- Contribute to overall team effort by accomplishing exceptional results and meeting corporate goals.
Skills/Qualifications:
Engaging personality with customer service experience, self-motivated and team oriented, focus on quality and superior listening skills, problem solving and meeting the needs of customers. Multi-tasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills are highly valued. 4 years experience in a call center.
