The Covery Wellness Spa in Huntsville is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our spa. This is more than a receptionist job — it’s your entry into a booming industry focused on cutting-edge wellness and total mind-body optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with warmth and genuine hospitality — you set the tone for their experience
- Educate clients about our wellness services (IV therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, etc.)
- Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update client accounts, memberships, and billing information
- Handle administrative tasks such as check-ins/outs, inventory support, and digital records
- Serve as a communication hub between clients and our service team
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and aligned with our wellness vibe
