Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients/clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Verify insurance and collect payments (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate patient/client records and update information as needed
- Translate for patients/clients when necessary (English/Spanish)
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Communicate office policies clearly to patients/clients
- Manage wait times and patient flow
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
- 1–2 years of front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
