What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 1 position at The County of Adams?
The Maintenance Technician performs preventative, corrective and general maintenance duties at the Adams County complexes.
HOURS OF WORK:
The regular hours of work are Monday through Friday 7 am until 3:30 pm, 7:30 am until 4 pm, or 8 am until 4:30 pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in the English language
- Demonstrated past work or vocational experience in the trades as listed in the essential job functions
- Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with BAS and/or CMMS strongly preferred.
