The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a friendly, safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to provide reliable and courteous transportation for our members, guests, and staff. This is a temporary position (November-March) ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, engaging with people, and maintaining a high standard of service and safety.
Schedule
This position runs from November through March. Shifts are typically - 6:30 AM-2:30 PM or 2:30-9:30 PM, with a flexible schedule ranging from 3-5 shifts per week depending on availability and club needs (full-time or part-time).
Responsibilities

Safely operate a 12-15 person shuttle bus to transport passengers to and from designated areas

Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers and assisting as needed

Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational policies

Follow established schedules and communicate any delays or concerns to the supervisor

Assist with other transportation or support tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Must be 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license

Clean driving record with no major violations

Prior experience in shuttle driving, transportation, or hospitality preferred
