Schedule
Approximately 20-25 hours working 3-5 shifts per week. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available. Includes late nights and early mornings. This seasonal position starts in March and ends in July. Year-round employment may be available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
- Aides in preparations and sets tables in accordance with banquet event order prior to events
- Provides food and beverage service during the events
- Assists in maintaining buffet stations throughout the events
- Carries trays of plated meals to serve to guests
- Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public area
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Weekends and Holidays are required, Monday availability is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
