CCV is searching for an Accounts Payable Technician to act as an assistant to the Accounts Payable Coordinator and perform A/P duties when needed during absences of the Coordinator. This unique individual will also provide backup and assistance to the accounting team and act as the head cashier for the Club, ensuring that all cash is controlled and safeguarded.
Responsibilities
- Process and code vendor invoices, maintain W-9 records, assist with 1099 filings, and verify proper sales tax charges

Support the full accounts payable cycle, including electronic F&B inventory invoices and AP data entry into the club’s accounting system

Assist with payroll processing, commission/tip reports, and audit F&B outlet ticket

Perform daily audits and weekly deposits of cash receipts from club outlets; maintain and reconcile petty cash and caddie fee reimbursements

Prepare and audit cash boxes for club events and retail outlets; handle miscellaneous membership and accounting-related tasks

Provide backup support for accounts receivable, document storage, monthly fuel usage reporting, and office supply inventory

Distribute incoming mail, monitor shared accounting inbox, and support general finance department needs as required
Schedule
Full-time (on-site), Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with the expectation to work two or four weekends/holidays per year.
Pay and Benefits

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or cashiering roles—preferably in hospitality or club environments
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred

Profiencey with Excel and Microsoft Office

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
