Poolside Cafe Server Assistant (Seasonal)

Poolside Café Profile
Our indoor Poolside Café serves three of our five pools, providing convenient and high-quality food and beverage options for members and their guests throughout the summer season. 

• Menu offerings range from quick grab-and-go items to freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, and other casual favorites
• The atmosphere is family-friendly, welcoming children and families who return year after year
• A full-service bar is located on the 18 adult deck, offering cocktails, beer, and wine in a relaxed setting
• The environment is active, energetic, and service-focused, especially during peak summer hours
• Team members should feel comfortable working in a dynamic setting where multitasking, teamwork, and positive energy are key to success
  
  

Schedule

• Part-time, seasonal (approximately 25 hours per week) 
• Season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day (May 31 – September 6) 
• Primary shifts: 
  • 10:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. (Open)  
  • 3:30 P.M. – 9:00 PM (Close)  
  • Pools are open 7 days per week 
  • Weekend availability is required 
  • Schedule varies based on business needs and weather 

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• Prior server or food service experience is encouraged
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Basic Qualifications and Physical Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Successful completion of drug screen  
• Able to stand for long periods of time  

Minimum Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
