The Country Club of Virginia is seeking an energetic and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This manager will rotate through multiple dining outlets, providing coverage where needed and supporting the overall Food & Beverage operation. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and model platinum-level member service at all times

Support Outlet Managers with daily FOH operations, scheduling, training, and service execution

Lead, coach, and motivate 20–30 service team members depending on outlet assignment

Ensure readiness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of dining areas; oversee opening and closing procedures

Operate POS systems, assist with beverage and supply inventory, and uphold service standards and Club policies

Participate in management and service meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality strongly preferred

Prior private club or high-volume dining experience is a plus

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills required

Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards; a passion for hospitality is essential
