Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee events, ensuring seamless execution
- Supervise banquet servers and bartenders, maintaining club service standards
- Train staff in food and beverage service, as well as event setup and breakdown
- Communicate frequently with event hosts to ensure all needs are met
- Work closely with the Banquet Manager and Supervisors to coordinate daily operations
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Assist in event preparation, including table settings and buffet maintenance
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the department and support overall event flow
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Availability on weekends and holidays; a flexible schedule is required
