Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Chef/Sous Chef in Dublin, Ohio. The role involves overseeing food preparation and presentation for banquets and events, maintaining quality standards, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Responsibilities include menu planning, managing inventory, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Also assisting in daily al a carte operation for the club as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
  • Experience in Food Service and understanding of Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in banquet or high-volume cooking is an advantage
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills


Schedule & Compensation

  • Full‑time, year‑round position
  • Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar
