Receptionist / Front Staff
Are you a friendly, organized, and dependable professional who loves being the first point of contact? We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization.
The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties is searching for a caring, dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental illness in our communities as a Receptionist in our Wooster, OH office.
This is a PART-TIME opportunity!
Monday 11a-8p, Wednesday 11a-8p, & Thursday 8a-5p.
Applicants must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented!!
What this position does:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
- Maintain front desk security and ensure compliance with visitor procedures

- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Attention to customer service and a friendly attitude required!
Part-Time (24 hours/week) Benefits:
