Job Description:
We seek a Bilingual Sales Associate who is young, enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to join our team. This role involves direct customer interaction, assisting with sales, and managing our online presence through platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Instagram. There is an opportunity for full-time hours for interested candidates, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers choose the right item by explaining colors, materials, and sizes (in-store and over the phone).
- Assist with sales and answer basic customer questions.
- Couch knowledge is helpful but NOT required — we’ll train you as you learn.
- Upload product photos and descriptions to Facebook Marketplace.
- Use of basic computer systems.
- Handle everyday sales and payments.
- Be friendly, positive, and welcoming to all customers.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Customer Service Experience: Must be friendly, people-oriented, and comfortable talking with customers.
- Able to post products and content on social media (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and TikTok). (We can teach you)
- Sales Experience (Preferred): While not required, experience in sales is a plus.
- Basic Math calculations
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: Available Weekends (at least one day) and weekdays; can be flexible based on your availability. We can work with you.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commission based on sales performance.
- Training: Two weeks of paid training to ensure you’re set up for success!
We’re looking for someone reliable, punctual, and positive, with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
