Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Sell cell phones, tablets, accessories, and wireless service plans
- Assist customers with phone activations, upgrades, transfers, and device setup
- Educate customers on products and services that best meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Assist with inventory and merchandising
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
- Retail or wireless sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Weekend availability is preferred
