At The Corporate Thread, we specialize in high-quality, custom printed apparel and branded merchandise. We take pride in delivering top-tier screen printing and embroidery services with an emphasis on craftsmanship, consistency, and customer satisfaction. We’re currently looking for a motivated Screen Printing Assistant to join our fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
The Screen Printing Assistant will work closely with the lead printer to assist in the pre-press process, as well as catching at the end of the dryer and finishing and boxing custom apparel orders. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow within the screen printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all stages of the screen printing process (burning/coating/reclaiming screens, loading/unloading garments, mixing inks, quality control, cleanup)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adapt to changing schedules, order volumes, and priorities
Qualifications
We’re looking for experienced candidates who bring a strong work ethic and a growth mindset. Ideal candidates will have:
- Eagerness to learn new skills and improve existing ones
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-changing production environment
- Experience working on your feet all day (retail, warehouse, food service, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort using hand tools or machinery
- Previous screen printing or production experience is a MAJOR plus, but not required

Pay: $23,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
