Printing Technician

We are looking for someone with experience operating digital print equipment as well as finishing and bindery machinery. Will train on the digital machines we currently have. Position is Full-Time and starting pay will depend on experience (can be negotiated). Option to start any time, or we will work with you on a starting date if needed.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our print shop with production tasks, finishing work, and deliveries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable working with their hands and machines, and enjoys meeting people while out on delivery runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of printing, finishing and mail-prep equipment (ex: digital printer, book binding, mail inserter, folding machine etc.) - We will train on our equipment.
• Work with production team to ensure all orders are completed as scheduled.
• Load, transport, and deliver printed materials to customers in a safe and timely manner using company vehicle.
• Occasionally helping customer with placing orders or any questions they may have.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: Required for deliveries.
• Previous experience in printing or a similar production role (we will train on our equipment).
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift packages (up to 50lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Time Management & Multi-Tasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional communication with customers.
• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Capable of identifying and resolving minor equipment or production issues.
• Work Schedule: Availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM); Very minimal Saturday availability may be requested.
• Attention to Detail: Essential for assisting in quality control and ensuring accuracy in final projects.
• Color Perception: Accurate color vision is required to meet quality standards; Individuals with color vision deficiency (CVD) may not meet the visual requirements of this position.
