A national private lender is building a high-performance sales team focused on real estate investors, and they want loan officers who know how to win the deal and get it funded. If you have your own investor relationships, you work the phone without being told to, and you measure yourself by funded volume, this role was built for you.

This is not a seat for someone waiting on leads. You bring your business and your hunger. The company brings the platform, products, support, and a steady flow of company-generated leads on top of what you already produce, so you close more than you can today.

What You'll Do

• Originate and close private lending, BPL, and DSCR loans for real estate investors nationwide
• Own every deal from the first conversation through closing
• Establish value, handle objections, and ask for the business, every time
• Work your existing book while converting company-provided leads into additional funded volume
• Advise investors on leverage, credit, pricing, structure, and loan options
• Turn closed loans into repeat business and referrals
• Grow your network by attending local investor meetups weekly, hosting investor events, and traveling to industry conferences
• Keep a disciplined customer relationship management (CRM) system and pipeline so nothing slips

Who We're Looking For

• A proven high-volume loan originator with an active book of business
• $3M in monthly funded production strongly preferred ($4M, $5M, and beyond gets our immediate attention)
• Private lending, BPL, or DSCR experience strongly preferred; strong producers from adjacent mortgage or investor lending will be considered
• Direct relationships with real estate investors and a track record of self-sourced deals
• A transferable pipeline is a significant plus
• Phone-first, competitive, persuasive, and relentless with follow-up
• Coachable and accountable, with a strong focus on funded volume and a 5-star client experience
• Within commuting distance of Tampa, or already planning to relocate (no relocation assistance)
