The right candidate will be comfortable running food, bussing tables when needed, supporting the dining room during busy shifts, and stepping into server shifts as business demands. Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional hospitality to every guest.
- Run food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Support table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and bussing as needed.
- Assist servers and management to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
- Learn menu items, daily specials, and service standards.
- Take server shifts as scheduled and deliver a high-level guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members.
- Anticipate guest and operational needs before being asked.
