• Oversee daily shop startup including food preparation, serving, and cash handling to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences
• Show good team effort with employees
• Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness
• Social media knowledge is a plus
• Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene practices in compliance with health regulations
• Coordinate shift scheduling
• Support kitchen cleanliness and standards

Skills

• Experience in food service management and cleanliness is highly beneficial
