About the Role
We’re seeking a Client Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to both our clients and coaching team. In this dynamic role, you’ll help ensure a seamless coaching experience—handling everything from client check-ins to preparing materials for sessions with our elite coaches.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to up to (50) clients monthly (Mortgage Lenders and Realtors) to offer support, track progress, and ensure satisfaction.
- Support our industry-leading coaches by prepping client materials, tracking data, and coordinating communication.
- Respond promptly to client emails and send requested coaching resources.
- Track and report client progress toward goals to help guide coaching strategy.
- Ask for referrals to help grow our client base and community.
- Assist in planning, logistics, and client support for semi-annual events (travel required).
- Help facilitate Zoom coaching calls and encourage client accountability.
Who You Are
- A skilled communicator with a polished, professional presence on phone and Zoom.
- Experienced in customer service or client support (2 years preferred).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and effective at juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A relationship builder who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel 2–3 times a year to company events.
