Animal Eye Clinic is an established, progressive, specialty veterinary practice that is seeking a Client Care Specialist/ Veterinary Receptionist to join our ophthalmology team. We take pride in our family environment and practice of high quality veterinary medicine. The ideal candidate must have an outgoing personality, strive to create an exceptional experience for every client, be an active problem solver, and an excellent team player. Applicants must be mature, punctual, reliable, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Our client care specialists are our clients’ first impression of the practice, both on the phone and in person. They must possess strong telephone and in-person communication skills, as well as solid organizational, computer, and front office skills. Responsibilities include greeting clients, working closely with referring veterinarians, scheduling appointments, data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and managing medical records.
We have locations in Matthews and Huntersville. Full-time schedule will include daytime hours Monday- Friday (no weekends, major holidays, evening, or on call hours). We are offering competitive pay for qualified candidates and an attractive benefits package for full-time employees.
