We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician with 1–3 years of MSP experience to support clients across the Angleton, Lake Jackson, West Columbia, Brazoria, and Bay City areas.
This role is fully onsite at client locations, providing hands-on IT support within their environments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working directly with end users across multiple sites.
- Serve as the primary onsite IT resource for a specific client in the area
- Provide in-person support, along with phone and remote assistance as needed
- Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and targeted questioning
- Identify and implement effective solutions based on client needs
- Guide users through issue resolution with clear, professional communication
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Document all work, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Perform routine maintenance and security checks on client environments
- Support endpoints, printers, and network-connected devices
- Provide feedback to improve processes and service delivery
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, wireless APs)
- Experience supporting Windows and mobile devices
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in client environments
- Reliable transportation for travel between client sites
