We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated technician that wants to build a long-term career within our company. As a technician, you will be responsible for performing all scheduled services as well as upselling customers on additional services. Each day will be different, as you will be performing a different service at different locations throughout South Carolina every day. You will be interacting with our customers and team members on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. Your main focus should be customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Window Washing
• Screen Cleaning
• Window Track Cleaning
• Soft wash residential homes
• Pressure wash residential driveways
• Gutter Clean residential homes
• Educate customers on services
• Recommend additional services if applicable
• Maintain a clean work vehicle
• Keep your equipment in good working order
• Educate and answer our window cleaning technicians’ questions about pressure washing
• Learn how to use chemicals in a safe and effective manner
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Provide our customers with a world-class experience

Abilities:

• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Be comfortable with heights
• Be comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
• Ability to sell on a consistent basis
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary.
• Reliable and Self-Motivated
• Be able to drive a trailer

Working Conditions:

• The job requires the selling of services related to window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning
• The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented.
• Be able to drive and must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Drug test, Background check.

Future Growth

This job will be what you make of it. Since you will be getting paid a commission on every job you do, you have direct control over how much you make. An ambitious technician could earn upwards of $400/day with the potential to grow within the company. We are looking for a key player to help us take the service side of our company to a new level.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
