Essential Functions
- Perform required administrative and CRM-related tasks, including accurate documentation of sales activities, entering orders, creating submittals,
- estimating, and following up on proposals
- Work collaboratively with internal sales, operations, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved
- Contribute to a team-oriented sales environment, supporting shared objectives and branch initiatives
- Demonstrate a positive, solutions-focused “yes” attitude when responding to customer needs, internal requests, and new challenges
- All other duties as assigned
- Strong Customer Relations skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including: Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
- Flexible and adaptable mindset when priorities shift or challenges arise
- Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong Team Collaboration skills with the ability to work towards collective sales goals
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance sales activities and administrative duties efficiently
