Responsibilities
This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.
Work Environment
This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting both external clients IT infrastructure including but not limited to Servers, Desktops and Firewalls.
- Install and configure computer software, hardware, networks, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide steps to help internal and external users resolve technical problems
- Maintain technical support procedures and reports
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
- Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Provide insight into technical requirements
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Deploy and maintain VOIP systems
- Communicates effectively and appropriately when dealing with other departments and/or personnel at levels up to President.
- Demonstrates the initiative and creativity for self-development within and outside of the company.
- Required to complete work within the defined time frames / deadlines.
