- Conduct thorough on-site property evaluations to identify active pest and wildlife risks.
- Present customized structural remediation and exclusion strategies clearly to clients.
- Secure long-term service contracts through consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing.
- Protect brand reputation by delivering highly ethical, transparent service presentations.
- Achieve consistent monthly sales growth targets using modern outreach techniques.
- Confident public communication skills with a focus on consultative sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage daily outreach schedules and territory logistics.
- Proven track record of relationship building with business professionals or homeowners.
- High level of personal accountability and professional presentation in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field of study.
- 3 years of successful field sales or account management experience.
- Experience utilizing smart devices for daily CRM tracking and client communication.
- Base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure.
