How You Will Make An Impact
- Install BetterLiving sunrooms and awnings at residential properties following strict design specifications.
- Prepare job sites by accurately measuring, marking out areas, and setting up necessary equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure completed installations match customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to answer questions and provide regular installation updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical site challenges efficiently to prevent project delays.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and company safety standards in optimal working condition.
- Ability to read and interpret construction diagrams, blueprints, and design specifications.
- Strong verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Physical fitness and capability to lift heavy tools and construction materials.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- 4 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, framing, roofing, siding, or deck construction.
- Prior working knowledge of sunroom construction or awning installation techniques.
- Understanding of local building codes and residential construction regulations.
- Relevant Degree, High school diploma or GED equivalent.
