How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute specialized welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and Stick on critical structural steel and piping systems.
- Install and layout intricate piping systems while collaborating with mechanical teams to ensure system functionality.
- Construct essential carpentry elements such as framing and formwork to support diverse commercial builds.
- Perform vital mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on specialized equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment and power tools with a focus on precision and site efficiency.
- Collaborate across multiple trade disciplines to solve real-time field obstacles and maintain aggressive project timelines.
- Maintain a rigorous standard of site safety and organization by strictly adhering to all PPE and company protocols.
- Extensive background in construction or skilled trades (5 years of experience preferred).
- Proven proficiency in at least two major disciplines such as welding, pipefitting, carpentry, or mechanical maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical project documents.
- Physical capability to perform demanding manual labor in varying outdoor environments and weather conditions.
- Current welding certification (AWS or equivalent).
- Advanced experience operating heavy construction machinery or specialized industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a history of troubleshooting complex machinery issues on-site.
