How You Will Make An Impact
- Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues on residential HVAC units to ensure accurate repairs.
- Repair and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and high-efficiency residential equipment safely.
- Educate homeowners on system status, maintenance needs, and tailored comfort solutions with full transparency.
- Perform thorough system tune-ups and preventative maintenance to optimize system efficiency and longevity.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle stocked with proper inventory to maximize efficient daily workflow.
- Mentor junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and high-standard customer service practices.
- Section 608 Refrigerant Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Proven experience independently troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems in customer homes.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, combustion, and control systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and options to homeowners.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
- Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC technology a plus.
- Service plumbing a plus.
- Weekly pay cycle with high earning potential ($45 - $65/hr) plus performance pay and bonuses.
