Key Responsibilities
- Manage flooring projects from estimating through completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial, industrial, and government clients.
- Use tools such as MeasureSquare and CRM software to develop accurate takeoffs, manage bids, and track project progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits as needed to review project conditions, measurements, and quality control.
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and installation coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
- Analyze project performance, resolve issues proactively, and report on project profitability.
- Support company sales goals through accurate estimating, relationship management, and repeat business development.
- Uphold safety standards and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction or commercial flooring.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a strong plus.
- Strong estimating and project management background with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MeasureSquare, CRM tools, and/or Xero preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and accountability.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends or after-hours work as needed.
