Project Coordinator – Support Luxury Residential Construction from Design to Completion

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital liaison within the Field Operations division, supporting project management teams on high-end residential builds. This role offers the unique chance to collaborate directly with company leadership and ownership to influence how custom projects are delivered. You will drive efficiency across luxury design-build phases while working in some of Southern California's most desirable markets.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Coordinate key communications and critical decisions among project managers, architects, designers, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain rigorous organization of essential project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track project budgets, purchase orders, and complex procurement timelines in direct partnership with the project manager.
• Organize and distribute updated construction plans, structural revisions, and specific design selection sheets to field teams.
• Attend site visits, prepare comprehensive meeting materials, and systematically follow up on designated action items.
• Ensure projects stay precisely on schedule, within budget, and fully aligned with high client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within residential construction, architecture, or interior design environments.
• Proven ability to accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, and detailed design drawings.
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications for daily project tasks and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Absolute willingness to travel up to 10% between various designated job sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing complex material procurement timelines for high-end residential builds.
• Familiarity with design-build workflows and coordinating cross-functional architecture and construction teams.
